As a previous business owner and a seasoned business guide with an extensive background in HR, Dennis Bernstein is responsible for the marketing and sales activities for Total HR.  With over 20 years of business and strategic development, Dennis brings experience and expertise to his work in the Professional Services arena. As the former Interim President of PMI, Inc., Dennis developed a growth strategy that led to 300% growth over three years and the eventual sale of the business.

Dennis has been helping businesses expand and grow for over 20 years.  As a member of The Focus Group, Dennis has guided companies, teams, and individuals, helping them reach their full potential. With Total HR, Dennis helps business owners free themselves from the weight of working in their business so they can do the essential work of building and expanding their business.

Dennis received his MBA with Marketing and Economics Concentrations from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. As an adjunct faculty member at Woodbury University, Dennis taught classes in business strategy and growth management.
